At the Ottawa Table Tennis Club (OTTC), we are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where women and girls can thrive. This weekend, we were honoured to host Olympian Mariann Domonkos for her Women in Sport Coaching Mentorship Program. Thank you, Mariann, for choosing OTTC as the home for this inspiring initiative—your passion and dedication have left a lasting impact on our community.

We also extend our deep appreciation to all the incredible participants who dedicated their time to enrich themselves and contribute to a stronger future for women in sports.
Creating a secure space isn’t just about participation—it’s about belonging. At OTTC, diversity extends beyond gender; we celebrate all backgrounds, cultures, and abilities, ensuring that everyone feels welcomed and valued. This commitment is reflected in the outstanding leadership of our Training Director, Priyanka Pareek, the 2024 Ottawa Sport Awards Athlete of the Year for Table Tennis. To all young girls: Join our OTTC Youth Program and discover the joy of table tennis in a safe and fun environment. For women: Be part of our Women’s Adult Training Groups, where you can build skills, confidence, and friendships. From training and competition to volunteering and leadership, there’s a place for everyone at OTTC.

Together, we can break down barriers, challenge stereotypes, and create a community where girls and women flourish both on and off the court. Let’s keep inspiring future generations and showing what’s possible when women have the opportunity to thrive.
